To access the exclusive tools for artists, you must have previously elevated your profile to artist, which is explained in How to upgrade my user profile to Artist in the SPOZZ Marketplace?.
Once you have the artist profile and, therefore, you are already a verified user (which is free of charge), you can access the artist tools by going to your user icon and selecting "Artist tools":
