Before and during the whitelisting period, it is possible to generate referral codes for the delivery of whitelists.
To do so, click on the REFERRAL CODES button on the creators' page.
After clicking on this button, a window will appear in which you can generate different referral codes, both public and private, as well as for those who are added to the whitelist through a CSV file.
Also, there, you can choose the number of wallets that can be added to the whitelist with each of these codes.
After choosing the number of wallets that will be enabled with the code we are creating, click on GENERATE.
For example, as shown in the following image, you choose the possibility of generating a private link to which up to 10 wallets can be attached:
After clicking GENERATE, the following notice will appear in the upper right margin confirming the creation of the invitation code:
At this very moment, a private link also appears in this box, to which up to 10 wallets can be added:
It is possible to create several referral codes, immediately after the creation of the first one or later, as long as the whitelisting stage has not been completed.
To create more referral codes, simply repeat the above process.
If you do so, the various codes will be displayed one below the other in the order in which they are created. To share the referral code we want, we copy it from this list and send it to our recipients.
When creating a public code, there is no limit to the number of wallets that can be linked to it; therefore, after clicking on GENERATE, the respective link appears:
Creators can also add wallets to the whitelist via a CSV file (if necessary, see How do I add wallets to participate in the minting through a CSV?).
To generate such a code, simply click on the corresponding option, as shown in the following image.
After click on GENERATE, the respective code will appear immediately:
Of course, creators should copy those links and send them to whomever they wish. For the purposes of this tutorial, we have simply copied them into a Word document in which we distinguish what type of code each of them is, because, in following tutorials, we will show how to mine with each of them.
In the same way, more codes can be generated if desired. For example, in this case, we have created another private link to which 5 wallets can be added:
Note: In the case of public and private links, wallets must be attached before the end of the whitelisting period. On the other hand, the wallets adhered by CSV are adhered by the creators, so people who mine with those wallets, will have to use the respective CSV link and will be able to mine directly once the pre-sale period starts.
That's it! You have learned how to generate the different codes for collection mining participation.
As previously mentioned, the codes are generated before or during the whitelisting period.
During the pre-sale and main-sale period it is not possible to generate referral codes. If the whitelisting period has already passed and you want to generate a referral code, a new whitelisting stage must be generated (see How to extend or update the whitelisting, pre-sale and main-sale stages?).
