How to Upgrade Your User Profile to Artist on the SPOZZ Marketplace

If you’re an artist but haven’t registered as one yet (see Attention Artists: How to Complete the Simplified Registration and Identity Verification to Get Your Blue Check), this tutorial will show you how to upgrade your user profile to an Artist Profile. This will allow you to have your Artist Page and access other features designed specifically for artists.

Step 1: Access User Settings

Within your account, click on the arrow next to your profile image and select “User Settings”:

Step 2: Click “Upgrade to Artist”

In the pop-up window, press the “Upgrade to Artist” button:

Step 3: Define Your Artist Name

The platform will ask you to set your Artist Name:

Step 4: Complete Personal Verification

Once you set your Artist Name, you’ll be prompted to complete Personal Verification. This step ensures that you’re the real person intending to launch and sell songs for profit. As part of this process, you’ll need to upload:

  • A photo of your identity document
  • A photo of a utility bill or similar document to verify your place of residence

This information is private and will only be accessible to SPOZZ, not the public.

Step 5: Fill Out the Personal Information Form

You’ll need to fill out a form with the required personal details and upload the images of your ID and proof of residence mentioned above:

After completing the form, you’ll see a notification stating that your information will be reviewed. Once the review is complete, you’ll be able to proceed with upgrading your profile to Artist.

Step 6: Finalize the Upgrade to Artist

After your information has been verified, go back to Settings and click “Upgrade to Artist” again to finalize the process:

Once you click “Upgrade to Artist”, your profile will be successfully updated:

That’s it for this tutorial! Once upgraded, your profile will include the “Artist Page” and “Artist Tools” options. Welcome to the world of SPOZZ artists!
