• Artists are paid fairly and promptly for their work, with no minimal thresholds or discriminatory rules.
• Master rights owners receive their share of income directly and immediately from sales, streams, or when their music is shared by fans.
02 Transparency and Accountability
• All sales, streams, and royalties are recorded on transparent, publicly accessible ledgers or databases, ensuring accountability while protecting privacy.
• Artists and rights holders have real-time access to data on how their music is consumed and monetized.
03 Efficient and fair Copyright Payments
• SPOZZ ensures fair rules for all rights holders, avoiding unnecessary delays, hidden costs or preferential treatment. • Copyright owners are compensated through Collective Rights Organizations (CMOs) or, where possible, can choose to receive royalties directly and instantly, with minimal administrative fees.
04 Ethical Practices
• At SPOZZ, all platforms and initiatives must promote artists based on fairness, transparency, and merit. No team member, partner, or insider may use their role for personal or financial gain.
• We strictly oppose payola, pay-to-play, and any form of artificial influence in music discovery. Artistic success should be earned through genuine fan support, real votes, and true engagement—not through preferential access or manipulation.
• Fans are free to support the artists they love, but visibility can’t be bought. No one can pay to be featured on playlists, editorials, or airtime. The spotlight stays where it belongs: with the audience.
05 Fan Freedom and Choice
• Fans have the freedom to discover, stream, and purchase music without algorithmic manipulation. Algorithms may assist users in discovering music but must never control or dictate their choices.
• SPOZZ promotes diverse content discovery, supporting all kinds of artists, genres, languages or regions.

• Music generated by artificial intelligence is clearly labeled, ensuring transparency for listeners. • SPOZZ prioritizes real, human-created music and takes measures to avoid monetization of undisclosed AI-Music at the cost of the real artists
07 Fair and Transparent Charts
• Charts distinguish between streams from pay-per-use, all-inclusive licenses, free consumption, or ad-based monetization.
• Rankings are based on genuine fan engagement, free from manipulation or payola.
08 Fair and transparent Music discovery
• Algorithmically generated playlists or discovery tools are clearly labeled, ensuring fans understand how their music is curated.
• Curated content discovery promotes diversity and equal opportunities, ensuring no artist is unfairly favored or disadvantaged.

• In a peer-to-peer relationship, artists receive customer data directly from their fans as part of the transaction. While the data remains the property of the customer, artists hold and use it in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.
